With my latest photography class half through, my buddy and I have decided to go on a photo walk just about every other week. It will be a good way to get out and take photos. I like the depth of this photo. while this is not my style of photography sometimes it can be interesting. Photo walks will begin next week.

Fun - 91 of 365
My photo assignment for this week was to take a portrait with different shutter speeds while using flash. So the wife and I went out to take a few quick photos. Went to the play ground for something different. We had a great time!
Wash Me - 90 of 365
With the cold weather we have been having lately today would have been a great day to wash the car. I decided to enjoy the weather rather than work. Played some disc golf and ran some errands.
Ebay Bummer - 89 of 365
Purchased a new (At least to me.) lens off of ebay, but it doesn't work! Hopefully I will be able to work it out with the seller. The aperture blades are not working properly. Oh well...I will keep you posted on what happens next!

I hadn't taken a photo of Buddy in a while, so just saw him laying on the deck watching people and cars go by and decided to snap a quick shot.

A buddy asked me to make a turkey carrier for him. This is what I came up with. It would clip at the top and then the feet would hang in the loops at the bottom.
Get Out of My HOUSE! - 86 of 365
I usually wouldn't post something like this, but I am going to anyways. We have a problem with squirrels and birds getting into the house. Each year we have to get the siding replaced due to the wood peckers. I am not sure if the squirrels get in those holes, or are are finding another way in. But it is one less in the house, and hopefully the only one!

Complementary Colors - 84 of 365
I have been struggling with this part of my assignment as well as the "mirror" Image. I will post that tomorrow. But I am going to keep looking for something else for my complementary colors photos as well.
4 Exposures - 83 of 365
Another photo assignment. We had to take the same photo at three different times of the day. But I need to redo it because I don't like how dark the last photo came out.
REMIX - I took one more photo early in the morning and didn't include it. Started messing around how to display the different exposures and thought this came out better.

Did a quick photo walk at lunch today. This last icicle hangs on as our week long winter storm is ending. This is a fake HDR photo. Took one photo and adjusted the levels then combined. This has to be one of my favorite HDR photos. What do you all think?

Driving hasn't been fun the last two mornings. I set the camera on the dash and took a few photos while I was driving. Don't worry it was on a timer. You can see the snow on the roads, and the path from other people driving.

Well we got snow last night! About 5 inches! Drove to work this morning. Slowly. Worked and then when home. When I got home I had to shovel snow for the first time in my life. The bad part of about this storm is going to be the ICE!

Yard Work - 69 of 365
With the cold weather and possibility of snow I got some yard work in today. It took about 2 hours to get the yard all raked, and I wanted to quit many times. But it looks good. Now I get to spend the rest of the weekend watching football and playing disc golf.

Nice blue sky today. But with all this wind I am sure that these pine cones fall soon enough. It supposed to get cold, and then snow later this weekend!
