I know these posts are starting to get repetitive, but I am wanting to track my progress. I think each dye is getting better, and with each one I am trying something different. I am enjoying dyeing these disc's and often try to think about what else I can I dye.

Got home and decided to dye a few disc. Each time I do one I am happier with the results. My lines are starting to look cleaner, but still having issues with circles and small curves. The hardest thing about dyeing is trying to figure out what to dye on each disc! Any Ideas?

Today was a great day! Stayed home with the wife and did a few things. I made an eBook with content from a forum; Made a few paracord bracelets; Cut and dyed a disc.

Shoes and Bowling

Some new shoes, and a shirt for our fundraiser bowling league this weekend. .

The shoes are really flexible, and very comfortable. The shoes are part of the "natural movement," and are supposed to give the feeling of running with out all of the cushion/sole that are typical in running shoes.

Hopefully we win most creative name at the bowling league.

Well after doing some research I decided to try and dye some disc's. The first one came out a lot better than the second! The First was just one dip into the dye, where as the second was two dips. I should have take a little more time, after I cut the designs to figure out what was going on first. It's all about layering!

This is a photo for flickr BINGO. The number wasn't on my card, but decided to participate anyways. I took this photo because of the reflection in the windows. I was sitting outside and noticed, and thought it would be a cool photo. Then saw the balance from the trees and the house, and thought it came out well.

Heart Walk

While at Mom and Dad's we did a 3 mile heart walk. It was cool because I wanted to go to the Twin's Stadium, and that is where the event was held.

We had some bad storms about two weeks ago (AND TONIGHT!). This tree came down. Luckily it didn't do any major damage. It was a huge tree!
