I was pleasantly surprised when I got this letter in the mail today. Back on the 23rd of November I wrote Colgate-Palmolive about my deodorant, and got a response. They emailed me and told me that I would get a coupon, but not a free stick of deodorant! I guess it pays to take the time and write the company; you never know what they will do.
