Garmin Fix - 95 of 365

Another success story! About a year ago I purchased a Garmin Nuvi. And after about 4 months the car charger broke, so I really didn't worry about it being broke and just let it be. Well about 2 months later I need it. So, I went out and bought a generic power cable.

While sitting at the computer one day I decided to just go ahead and write Garmin and tell them about my issue, well two days later I received an email saying that I would be sent one in the mail free of charge!

After this experience and the one with Colgate-Palmolive I am sure to sit down and write a letter to the company if I should have an issue. You never know what is going to happen!
